Pesto (Ham) Florentine Pasta!
Hi all!
Last Saturday I saw some fresh basil at the supermarket so I grabbed a packet (it sells for 1.50SGD a packet at NTUC Fairprice). I remembered stumbling across this wonderful tutorial on handmade pesto from crepesofwrath. Click the link to see how she did it!
It was fairly easy. I omitted pine nuts because I didn't have any. Just chop chop chop chop chop!!
After making the pesto I felt a little lost because I just wanted to make pesto. So I looked for a pasta recipe and came across this!
So here is my handmade Pesto (Ham) Florentine Pasta (: It was really good. You can really taste the fresh basil and the cheese all fused together in an amazing dish. Moreover, it is really healthy :D
Here's the recipe! adapted from allrecipes.com
