Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins!

These are probably one of the best things i've ever baked so far. But then again- I say that every time I try something new.

These muffins are soft, fluffy, not too sweet, and the fresh blueberries burst in your mouth! Quite literally! no kidding. Blueberries are kind of hard to find in Singapore. I was fortunate enough to find some in NTUC at Citysquare mall on my way home from school. They were on offer, a box for 2.75, of which i bought two. But one box seemed sufficient for 18 muffins.

This makes for a good breakfast and it's really not that difficult to make. I urge all of you itching bakers to try it!!! :D
