Apple Crumble



Hi all!!

Apple crumble. When I first made this, it was in home economics class in Secondary School. I remember being so amazed that something so simple could taste so good.

I've made this a couple of times but never quite perfected it. BUT NOW I HAVE.

I'm attending a BBQ tonight hosted by the WP Moulmein Kallang Team and decided to bake a little something to show my appreciation so I decided on Apple Crumble. After baking a mega tray of it, I baked a smaller one for just me and my family.

I've adapted the recipe from videojug once again, but the main difference I made is that I halved the sugar content. I cannot stress, how important this is. Use HALF THE AMOUNT OF SUGAR!!!

Other than that, this is a perfect dish to clean your palette after an oily meal!

This also goes well with vanilla ice cream or cream!
