Fudge Brownies

This is really, simplicity at it's best! I found this recipe through crepesofwrath.

It was raining today, perfect for sleeping in and some nice brownies (: I wanted to bake something simple and searched for a simple brownie recipe. I'm so glad it turned out so good!

I dusted them with some icing sugar and it looks purrrrfect. <3 Snowy brownies, with a glass of milk, coffee or tea.

Fudge Brownies
from Weevalicious Recipes
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, melted
3 cups white sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
nuts, chocolate chips, or other additions to mix in (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or line a 9×13 inch pan.
2. In a large bowl, blend melted butter, sugar and vanilla until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time until combined.
3. Add the flour, cocoa, and salt and mix until smooth. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan (I baked mine for 40 minutes). Let brownies cool, then cut into squares.
Enjoy!
