Banana Cake

This is my second attempt baking a banana cake. First time was for a small 'party' at Mabel's, and today again when Mabel came over for the night.

It's been a long time since I've baked in attempts to take my mind off of things. I'm glad I have not really lost my touch.

Recipe taken from allrecipes. It is an extremely good recipe but I cut the sugar content by at least half.

Goes well with vanilla ice cream or macadamia nuts! (:
