Poached Egg

 

Now that it is my holidays and I am awaiting replies on job applications, I have been greatly idle. Amidst trying my best to spend time with family, packing my room, volunteering etc, I have been watching quite a few videos of Heston Blumenthal. Yesterday, I watched one of his episodes of How to Cook Like Heston and I was really quite surprised by how accessible and easy some of his recipes are on TV. Much inspired, I decided to make a poached egg, just as he has advised on his show.

You MUST watch his shows. He is really quite an amazing chef that defies all the rules of cooking and still does it so wonderfully!
