Irish Cream Brownies

I adapted this recipe from the previous brownie post i had. Basically just omitted the cream cheese topping and added 1/2 cup of bailey's irish cream instead (:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup of Irish Cream alcohol

I glazed the brownies with some form of sugar/butter, added with a little coffee and vanilla extract!

Baked these for my sister and her friends while they were over for steamboat dinner. Enjoy! Don't worry, the alcohol isn't enough to kill you (:
