Hearty Big Breakfast!


Well, here's my hearty big breakfast. I'm not quite sure what advice to give on how to cook this - it is very simple! The trick to a good sunny side up is a well-heated pan with really hot olive oil. I usually tilt my pan to a side so the oil collects and pour the egg right into it and let it spread slowly. I leave the tomato to the last so that it soaks up all the leftover taste and oil from the bacon!


I cooked this on a lazy afternoon, Wednesday, before my exam started. This was lunch for Caleb and I and it was simply splendid. Will definitely do it again - but with mushrooms!
